Shipping Policy for Canada
We offer FREE shipping within Canada for orders over $50 (before tax & excl. territories + remote areas). Delivery days vary per province, it can be within 1-2 business days for Ontario and Quebec. For east and west coast provinces and remote areas, shipping can take up to 5-7 business days.
Shipping Policy for United States
For U.S. customers, we offer FREE shipping on all orders over $30 (before tax). Standard shipping time within the United States is 4-8 business days.
All orders will be processed within one business day. We only ship from Monday to Friday.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate address. Since we ship out orders quickly there is little time to make any address changes, but if required we will do our best — contact info@theskinrepublic.us for help with this.
If the order is shipped, it'll be the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier to make additional arrangements. If for some reason there are additional changes for addresses, this will be charged back to the customer.
Delivered, but NOT Received
If the tracking information indicates the order was delivered but there is no package to be found, please contact the courier company used to investigate. We cannot be held responsible when the status shows as delivered.
